Waterproofing Update

I was told this morning that the holdup now is the distributor is out of the waterproofing material, and that it is supposed to arrive on Thursday. The good news is since last night, the chance of rain on Thursday went from 30% to 10%. The bad news is they may be again tearing down and rebuilding two exterior walls of the basement. Mind you this is NOT a change order, but I won't vent on here just yet. This time it would be where each wall faces the porch. I'll find out tomorrow what our next move is.
